Welch Homestead — Proposed

Early plans are in the works for a Lennar development of 116 single-family homes on 51.06 acres and 129 townhomes on 28.40 acres.
The single-family dwellings would range from 2,580-2,700 square feet. The townhomes will be comprised of 71 three-bedroom units and 58 four-bedroom units. Square footage would range from 1,785-2,360sf.
Anticipated completion would take place in three phases between 2029 and 2031.
