Owners Lucia and Vittorio (Lucy and Vic) Vitolo were born in Italy and after 40 years serving their southern Italian cuisine in New York, they are now open in Apex. Gilden Woods Early Care and Preschool – Coming Soon
A new preschool is under construction at 1001 Vision Drive at Morris Acres Road, near U.S. Highway 64. The school will offer a wide range of stage-centered programs for infants, toddlers, young preschoolers, and children preparing for Kindergarten. The Upchurch—Approved
Plans have been approved to turn a 115-year-old historic landmark—the Upchurch-Williams House—into a wedding and event venue. The 5.5-acre property and 3,640-square-foot house with wraparound porch sit at 7213 Roberts Road. Plans include adding a patio area to the main house and, across a wide lawn and gardens, constructing an additional 4,173-square-foot pavilion of matching conservatory-inspired style.
