The proposed use is Retail/ Restaurant/ Medical Office. The proposal is for two buildings, with a total square footage of 18,450 square feet. The location is next to the Walmart at Hwy 1 and Hwy 55.
Holt Road Medical Office
A 15,006-square-foot two-story building has been approved at 1919 Holt Road. The lot is 1.28 acres, and runs from Old Jenks Road to Holt Road.
Jordan Luthern Church – Proposed:
Plans have been submitted to build a church at 120 Chapel Ridge Road on 6.19 acres. The locations is between Creekside Landing Dr. and Kelly Road, but connecting to Beaver Creek Commons Drive. The plans include a one-story building that is 2,725 square feet. The location is just south of Kirklands on Beaver Creek Commons Drive headed toward 540.
