Eagles Convenience and Gas:
With nine locations already open in the triangle, Eagles will be opening a new location at 750 Laura Duncan Road in Apex, at Laura Duncan Road and Apex Peakway. Eagles locations consider themselves as neighborhood convenience stores. This location will certainly be convenient to those in the Indian Trails, Brookfield and Villages of Apex South communities.
The Organized Mind Track Out Camp:
The Organized Mind will be opening at 1007 Davis Drive (Adjacent to the Salem Elementary/Middle School Campus) in June 2019.
The Camp is owned and operated by Wake County educators Janett and Vincent Cueto. Their goal is to facilitate a smooth transition for children into middle school and high school via a research-based soft skills curriculum. In addition, they will provide career exploration opportunities and an Adulting Series which will teach necessary life skills such as financial literacy, interview skills, and even how to change a tire! Before/After-school care will be available. Hours will be Monday – Friday from 6:30am – 6:30pm.
Green Level Market:
A new multi-business project has been approved at 3621 Green Level West Road. The proposed use includes retail, restaurant, medical offices and a dance studio. There are two buildings planned. The first building will be a 21,085 square-foot, two-story restaurant and retail space with a one-story dance studio. The second building will be a 16,800 square-foot, two-story medical building.
Touch Integrative Vet Hospital:
Touch Integrative Vet Hospital will be located at 740 S. Salem Street in Apex. The approved plan includes a one-story 7,000 square-foot building.
Stop N Go – Proposed
There is a Stop N Go proposed on the southern tip of Apex at the corner of Hwy 55 and E. Williams Street. The proposal is for a gas station and store on the southeast corner of the intersection.
If approved, the site will offer a 6,500 square-foot building, with 5,000 square feet of the space dedicated to the store. It would also offer seven pumping stations.
Apex Senior Center- Proposed:
There’s a proposal to add a senior center to the current Apex Community Center located at 83 Hunter Street in Apex. The Project would be built on the site that already houses the Town Hall and Community Center. We’ll get you more information on the progress as we get it.
