Fresh.Local Ice Cream:
Fresh.Local Ice Cream will be opening up their third location in Apex at 107 N. Salem Street. This family owned and operated business has been in the Triangle area since 2011. They are currently under construction and planning a Spring 2019 opening. Fresh.Local Ice Cream sources their ice-cream base from a local NC dairy farm and makes homemade ice cream at each location. They will be open year round, 7 days a week.
Romeo’s Pizza:
Romeo’s is the newest pizza restaurant to make its home in Apex. Located at 800 W. Williams St. (Ste 160), they are open 7 days a week to serve your favorite pizza, wings, subs, calzones and salads. Romeo’s offers gluten free options as well as many specialty pizzas flavors.
Wake Remodeling:
Wake Remodeling, the design-build firm located at 121 N. Salem Street, is a family owned and operated business that specializes in kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodeling. Their newly designed showroom will continue to showcase products and serve as a design center where clients can make selections with Wake Remodeling’s in-house designer.
Coworking Station Apex:
Coworking Station Apex will now occupy the building’s previously unused second floor, which had to undergo extensive renovations after decades of neglect. The company, which has had a Holly Springs location since 2016, will give local start-ups and entrepreneurs access and space to work and grow their business. Coworking Station Apex, which is being supported by a public-private partnership with the town of Apex, will offer both private offices and open workspace options as well as a large conference room. Monthly and annual memberships are currently available.
