Tandoori Trail. Opening Soon!
Tandoori Trail is set up as a freshly built upscale dining place in the heart of Apex, with a brand new bar serving your choice of beverages. You will be greeted with a warm and embracing feel, in a place that features century-old food history, along with a brand new bar serving your choice of beverages. It has got all the favorites from Butter Chicken to their signature dish Dal Makhani, along with various tandoori dishes, and kebab meals. On the other hand, it has many additions to attract diversified taste pallet through its kebab meals. They cater to everyday diners, families & friends eating out, and people taking on-the-clock office breaks.
“We deliver a wide variety of Mughlai and Awadhi dishes, many of which are from recipes created over a century ago by Shri Kundan Lal Gujral of Moti Mahal fame. All our recipes are unique to this traditional style of cooking. We take utmost pride in serving you those.” says Karuna Kumar, owner of Tandoori Trail in Apex.
The restaurant will be open from 11 AM utill 9:30 PM, on all days except Mondays, with a seamless online ordering system as well.
Tandoori Trail is coming to Beaver Creek Commons shopping at 2017 Creekside Landing Drive, Apex.
There will be a soft opening during the second week in August for friends & family, followed by a grand opening two weeks later.

Oaklyn Springs Brewery – Coming
Serving exceptional craft beer to local customers since 2018, Oaklyn Springs Brewery is launching its upcoming location in downtown Apex in the new Highline building. Hoping to open doors to the public by the middle of October, the owners, head brewer and staff are excited to expand into the bustling Apex community.
Known for some of the best craft beer in the Triangle, Oaklyn Springs has built a strong reputation and supportive group of regular customers. Over the years, OSB has crafted and released over 150 unique craft beers, including ‘Any Victory Will Do,’ the flagship New England Style IPA and ‘House Pils,’ a North Carolina Brewer’s Cup gold medal winner.
Head Brewer, Daniel Barker, who trained at Bond Brothers and PonySaurus, has a passion for great beer and has brewed and cellared many crowd favorites that run the spectrum of flavors, while remaining true to style and heritage. From IPAs and Lagers, to Sours, and the well-known Crude Extraction Stout, OSB craft beers represent all that is spectacular about locally conceived and brewed beer. For those that can’t wait for the Apex location, stop by OSB at 2912 N. Main Street or 505 Broad Street in Fuquay-Varina to get a taste of the wide brewing range Daniel commands.

CharleyMadelyn – Opening Soon
Coming to the Highline building at 209 N. Salem Street. CharleyMadelyn first launched in June 2020. They are proud to bring their unique faith and fashion boutique to downtown Apex, in a store they can call their own. While they carry assorted clothing and accessories, something that makes this boutique different is not only their inclusion of faith products in their collections, but also the addition of Trellis Beauty (a local clean beauty boutique) inside their store (www.trellisbeauty.com). Trellis will have a permanent pop-up location inside of CharleyMadelyn to provide an array of facial treatments, spa experiences, and a slew of clean beauty skincare and beauty retail products to shop from.
The owner of CharleyMadelyn, Chelsea, is following her dream and her passion of opening a boutique with her unique spin. In the store you’ll find dresses and shoes, to skirts and tops, and everything in-between. They also feature a faith-based collection of devotional books, coffee mugs, and journals.
