As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance customer service for Apex utility customers, the town is working to bring you a new online utility portal — MyAccount.
MyAccount will replace eSuite, the town’s current online billing portal, and brings a host of new features and functionalities designed to make managing your utility services simpler, faster, and more intuitive. This transition comes after two years of behind-the-scenes work to implement a new town-wide financial management software.
Notable features of MyAccount will include:
New Payment Options: Customers will have access to a variety of payment methods, including Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal, and can schedule automatic payments using credit cards.
Enhanced Usage Insights: Customers will be able to track utility usage in hourly increments, allowing for quicker identification of issues like leaks or high consumption. (This feature requires the newest water meter endpoint. Learn more about that at www.apexnc.org/MSU)
Service Notifications: Users will receive instant text alerts or emails when their bill is ready and be notified of any service updates.
