Olive Glen
Olive Glen is located on the east side of New Olive Chapel Road, between Olive Chapel Road and Barn Road. The neighborhood encompasses 36.46 acres, and the plan is to have a total of 89 single-family units when construction is finished. The homes will range in size from 1,300 square feet to 2,400 square feet. Prices will start at $330k, and go up to $430k. Thirty units are expected to be finished in 2020, 30 more in 2021, and 29 more in 2022.
Roberts Crossing
Roberts Crossing will be located at Jenks Road and Roberts Road. The townhome complex will have 167 three-bedroom units ranging from 2,100 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Prices will range from $250k to $375k. Anticipated completion dates are 40 units in 2020, 40 units in 2021, and 40 units in 2022 right now.
Hollman Hills
When completed, this 24-acre site will be the new home to 72 single-family homes. The location is on the west side of New Hill Hollman Road, just north of Hwy 1. Homes will range in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,200 square feet, and will be priced right around $300k.
Peak Landing
The 28-acre space for Peak Landing will have 60 homes. The property sits off Old US Hwy 1 between Fairfield Road and Hinsley Road.
Jordan Pointe
Jordan Pointe is located at Old US HWY 1 and Horton Road. The master planned community will include over 500 homesites and currently features Toll Brothers, Ryan Homes, Amward Homes, and Upright Builders.
Homes range in price from the mid-300s to $1 million. Residents enjoy being close to Downtown Apex with access to family-friendly amenities, award-winning schools, and large wooded homesites.

West Village North is being built on 163 acres at Kelly Road and Old US Highway 1. The development will be a mix that includes 85 single-family homes and 294 townhomes for a total of 379 planned residences.
